Orders processed in 1-3 business days. All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service, from Portland, Oregon. Once shipped, delivery is typically 2-5 business days within the continental U.S. and 3-7 days for Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are an approximate estimate. Standard shipping option on US orders is USPS First Class Service.

We cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail.
