How long does it take to process my order?Orders processed in 1-3 business days. All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service, from Portland, Oregon. Once shipped, delivery is typically 2-5 business days within the continental U.S. and 3-7 days for Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are an approximate estimate. The standard shipping option on US orders is USPS First Class Service.

What if an item is out of stock?We will do our best to keep out website updated with items that are in stock. If we see an order with an item on it that is out of stock, we will quickly notify the customer to readjust the order.

How do I get the right fit?We have RELAXED (misses) and SLIM (junior) women's shirts. Sizes are true to the measurement chart below. HELPFUL HINT: Use a shirt you currently own that fits the way you like. Lay it on a flat surface, measure across the chest approximately 1” below the armhole, then compare your measurements to the chart. Order the size that matches your current shirt measurement. If you are in between sizes, order a size up.

What about unisex shirts?We have a small supply. These shirts tend to run larger and are more boxy. Think of it as a men's T-shirt.
